We make recommendations about changes you might make or actions to take to improve your success winning grants.
Do you have staff or volunteers available to do your grants work? If you do, we can work with them directly to enhance their skills. If you have staff or volunteers interested in learning the grants process, we can train them in the basics and on into the higher levels of grants skills. Our goal in this case, would likely be to prepare you to win grants on your own going forward.
If you are simply short on time, we can take the reins and establish (or strengthen) and then manage your grants plan.
