Our Clients

The work we do is most rewarding because of the work done by our clients. They strengthen communities through health care, literacy services, historic preservation, health and wellness, life skills, technology education, childcare, animal welfare and the list goes on. The work they do is impressive.

Concepts for Adaptive Learning

In 2003, Concepts for Adaptive Learning (CfAL) was one of our first clients. This non-profit organization was and is still lead by Curtis Hill, an impassioned, dedicated, and tireless founder and director. He exudes warmth and a generosity of spirit. Through numerous discussions, we learned together in the earliest years of both CfAL and grantwinners.net and we now continue to inspire one another.

Concepts for Adaptive LearningAs a non-profit organization, CfAL is unique in that it uses the resources of technology to help public school children improve their education. Their target audience is students attending schools in the poorest communities, in the largest urban centers of Connecticut. They instruct teachers, parents, and students; this is their holistic framework for measurably improving children's learning outcomes.

On a daily basis, CfAL makes a difference in the lives of the children and families they serve. They install computers and computer-related equipment, including educational software, at no charge to the program participants. They train teachers, students, and parents in a wide range of computer and technology skills so important for success in today's fast-paced world. Since 2003, through their technology based program, they have touched the lives of more than 7,000 people.
